How does postcode exclusivity work?
Only one mortgage partner can hold a given Belgian postcode. Users in your zone who want contact after the Mortgage tool see your organisation - not a list of competitors.
Is this financial advice or a banking product?
No. Pandwijzer remains an indication tool; you decide as a partner how to conduct conversations within your licences and regulations. We do not sell credit on this page.
What does it cost and how is billing handled?
€1,000/month per postcode (excl. VAT). You pay via Stripe (Bancontact or card) and receive a monthly invoice. The subscription is cancellable monthly - no long-term contract.
Why leads from the Mortgage tool?
Because people already have a picture of affordability, buffer and monthly payments - not an email out of the blue without context.
Can the same postcode also have a contractor?
Yes. Mortgage and renovation are separate programmes, each with their own partner per postcode.
What if my postcode is taken?
