On these pages you mainly see medians and trends from the Fednot property barometer (2026) - real notarial sale prices, compared between the latest and the previous data year in that series. Always check which year and method apply to the figure you’re looking at.
The Fednot property barometer usually supplies the freshest data. The bundle date reflects our processing. The latest bundle date is 8 September 2026. The reference year on each municipality page belongs to the underlying statistics, not the day you visit.
