What’s the difference between these three programmes?
Estate agents focus on sellers after a valuation report. Contractors and mortgage partners are separate tracks for people who used the Renovation budget tool or mortgage calculator first - each with its own waitlist and exclusivity per postcode.
Can one company sign up for more than one programme?
Yes, if it fits what you do: an office can be an estate agent and also show interest in renovation or mortgage separately. Each programme has its own terms and postcode check.
Is “one partner per postcode” the same for each programme?
The principle is the same: exclusivity per Belgian postcode within that programme. So the same postcode can have an agent, a contractor and a mortgage partner - each in their own track.
Why does it still say “waitlist” for renovation and mortgage?
Those programmes are rolling out. You can reserve your postcode now and we’ll tell you when you can start. The estate agent programme already has fixed prices per zone where checkout is live.
Is Pandwijzer a bank or an estate agent?
