How does postcode exclusivity work?
Only one contractor can hold a given Belgian postcode for Pandwijzer. Users in your zone who want contact after the Renovation tool see your company - not a list of competitors.
What does it cost and how is billing handled?
€1,000/month per postcode (excl. VAT). You pay via Stripe (Bancontact or card) and receive a monthly invoice. The subscription is cancellable monthly - no long-term contract.
Why does this produce better conversations than loose leads?
Because you don’t get an anonymous click from the internet, but people who already know roughly what their renovation costs. Less noise, clearer conversations.
What do users actually see?
After the Renovation tool, your contractor card appears with your office name, contact details and logo. Users choose whether to reach out. The demo page shows an example.
Can the same postcode also have a mortgage partner?
Yes. Renovation and mortgage are separate programmes: the same postcode can hold a slot for each - each with a different partner.
What if my postcode is taken?
You can join the waitlist. As soon as the current partner cancels and the zone is released, you’ll be the first to get the chance to claim it.
